We have protected the recipes of our late founder for the contunued enjoyment of our various clients. The name “ TOYOKUNI” was adopted from the of the famous ukiyoe artist Utagawa Toyokuni of the Edo period . In a twist of fate、 we have had the pleasure of serving. the great-great grandson of the late painter.
